Registration/Login

To register an account you will need to have contacted us directly to create your account beforehand.

Campaigns

The campaigns your venues qualify for are listed in three sections:

  • Pending
  • Active
  • Finished
Campaign Page

Pending campaigns are those which have been published by the brand but have not yet reached their start date.

Active campaigns are those which are currently either due to being within the given start and end date range, or in the case of open ended campaigns, those which still have vouchers that can still be created.

Finished campaigns are those which have either reached their given end date or have reached their voucher limit with the budget the brand has assigned to that specific campaign.

Any campaigns you have yet to interact with (via venue opt in/out) will be noted as new as seen in the screenshot.

You are able to refresh a specific campaign list by scrolling up on that list.

When new campaigns are created when any of your venues qualify, you will be notified if you have allowed us to notify you.

When you select a campaign you will be shown the image and text that will be sent along with a link to the voucher code in an email along with details on the start and end date of the campaign (if an end date has been specified).

You have the option to Accept or Reject the campaign for all of your venues in bulk. You can swipe left to reject this campaign, right to accept the campaign or by using the appropriate button.

You can also choose to opt out of campaigns from this specific brand in future by selecting the third option. Any brands that you opt out from can be managed via the 'Manage Brand Opt-outs' page where you can opt back in to participating campaigns that you qualify for.

The last option will allow you to see a list of all the venues that have qualified for this campaign so that you can select exactly which venues will or will not participate.

Campaign Report

For campaigns that are active or finished you will be given the option to view a basic report of how many vouchers were issued, redeemed and expired for each venue along with the amount earned.

Manage Brand Opt-outs

If you have opted out completely from a brand previously you will find them listed here and have the option to opt back in to any campaigns for that brand.

Switch Operator

If your account is linked to multiple operators you will be able to switch between these here so that you are able to manage the campaigns for multiple operator venues.
